Kathy conducts an initial evaluation of your health and baseline
fitness level, then designs a complete fitness program
that takes into consideration your individual goals, needs,
health history, and family and work responsibilities.
Your personal training program may include:
cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility training,
nutrition support, and one-on-one yoga sessions. Getting you
started, Kathy coaches you through the necessary lifestyle
changes for incorporating exercise. Throughout your program,
Kathy motivates you to stay focused, think positive, and keep
moving forward, creating with you a partnership toward optimal
health.
