Laura Z. Morris is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist (RD, LDN) with over 10 years experience helping people change their eating habits to improve their health. Laura uses a non-dieting approach to help individuals make behavior changes that they can stick with for a lifetime.
Laura has a B.S. degree in physical education/sports managment from the State University of New York at Brockport. She has a second B.S. in Nutritional Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and she completed her dietetic internship at the University of Connecticut.
Laura has experience counseling for diabetes, weight management, sports nutrition and high cholesterol/high blood pressure.
