Introducing The Getting Golf Ready Golf Fitness Program

Yes, spring is here. I think. Well, sort of….. or, maybe not quite yet…..

But, there is no question it is coming soon, and we’ll all be out on the sunny, lush golf courses we love within weeks! While it is disappointing to have such a long hard winter and late spring, looking on the bright side, we now have even more time to prepare for the season!

Here’s the check list I think about when golf season begins-
• Golf lessons. Check.
• Update golf clubs. Check.
• Join a golf league. Check.
• Head to the range. Check
• Get to the gym to continue “Getting Golf Ready”. Check.

How about you? Is your check list complete? Have you been working out with exercises that will enhance your golf swing, or have you been just doing the same old same old because you don’t know how to get fit for golf?

Playing golf well takes a lot of work. You’ve got to prepare mind wise and body wise. Do you know where you are strong and where you are weak? Has the “off season” turned your lower back a little stiff? Are your shoulders tight and cranky?

If you want to hit longer drives, lower your golf score and play injury free all season long you need to get ready for golf before you begin to play. Without proper preparation, it’s easy to pull a muscle or injure a weak joint. Result: early season injury and/or a really bad score.

And that’s where Getting Golf Ready comes in.

As many of you know, I am a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. I have teamed up with golfgurls.com to offer you some free golf fitness videos and an opportunity to join our program, Getting Golf Ready – A Woman’s Guide to Golf Fitness.

The focus of the program is all on Self-Assessment – helping you discover your specific physical strengths and weaknesses and teaching you the exercises you need to practice in order to get in the best possible shape for your game.

This is not a golf instructional program. You need to find a great PGA or LPGA teaching pro for that. And it’s not a generic golf fitness program that quickly runs you through a dozen exercises — some that might even hurt you if you do them incorrectly.

Getting Golf Ready is a Self-Assessment Program designed by Titleist and practiced by many of the top pros. It’s a program created to help golfers evaluate their specific fitness needs. I’ve been TPI certified for over 8 years, and I have worked with hundreds of golfers, from teaching pros to low and high handicappers, helping them discover areas of strength and weakness and how each can improve their game with targeted fitness exercises.

I’ve designed Getting Golf Ready as a step by step video program you can follow at your own pace. With bonus eBooks and a special yoga program designed just for golfers, we think you’ll find Getting Golf Ready a valuable addition to your golf program.

To learn more about the program, and to get the first FREE golf fitness video, click on the link below and enter your name and email. Even if you don’t join, you’ll still get some FREE videos and a lot of good advice on how you can make this golf season your best ever!

Lastly, if you are not interested in the program for yourself, please pass this along to someone who is!
Thank you! Enjoy golf this season! I look forward to connecting with you again soon.
